4. If The Collective House Cancels In the unlikely event Simple Touches Hospitality cancels the retreat in its entirety — including for reasons outside our control — all guests will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. Simple Touches Hospitality is not responsible for incidental costs guests incur in preparation for the retreat, including flights, unless those costs are separately insured.
5. Room Assignments Room and roommate pairings are determined using guest responses to the pre-retreat matching survey. While we make every effort to pair guests thoughtfully, Simple Touches Hospitality reserves final discretion over room assignments and cannot guarantee a specific roommate request.
6. Photo & Content Release Professional and candid photo and video content may be captured throughout the retreat for use in Simple Touches Hospitality marketing, social media, and future promotional materials. By attending, guests consent to this use. Guests who prefer not to be featured should notify the host in writing before arrival.
7. Itinerary & Health Notes The itinerary outlined in guest communications is tentative and may shift due to weather, vendor availability, or circumstances beyond our control; the spirit and quality of the experience will be preserved. Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance, medical needs, and any dietary or accessibility requirements, which should be communicated in advance via the guest intake process.
