The Collective House: Installment 2

Upon completion of all 4 payments, guests will have access to: 4 nights private villa lodging — 5 bedrooms, 2 queen beds each, your own bed All chef-prepared meals and beverages for the full retreat Full event curation — welcome mixer, lawn yoga, in-villa wellness experiences, The Collective Table dinner, your choice of Saturday activity Farewell Celebration Welcome gift and curated day-by-day itinerary Airport transfer coordination Access to the private guest group chat

The $375 deposit is nonrefundable under all circumstances, including illness, travel disruption, or change of plans. It secures your room and is applied directly to vendor, venue, and planning costs committed on your behalf at time of booking.

Payments made beyond the deposit (Payment 2, Payment 3, and the Final Payment) are partially refundable, based on how far in advance of arrival you cancel:

• 90+ days before arrival (on or before Sep 4, 2026)

  • 100% refunded

• 60–89 days before arrival (Sep 5 – Oct 4, 2026)

  • 50% refunded

• 30–59 days before arrival (Oct 5 – Nov 3, 2026)

  • 25% refunded

• Within 30 days of arrival (after Nov 3, 2026) or no-show

  • No refund

Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of written cancellation notice. Notice must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) to be considered received.

Your investment for The Collective House: Art Basel Edition is $1,500 per guest, all-inclusive of private villa lodging, chef-prepared meals and beverages, and full event curation. The investment is split into four equal payments of $375 each:

• Deposit: $375, due August 7, 2026 — secures your space

• Payment 2: $375, due September 1, 2026

• Payment 3: $375, due October 1, 2026

• Final Payment: $375, due November 1, 2026

A reservation is not confirmed, and a bed is not held, until the deposit is received.
